Associates degree in business administration, human resources, information technology, or related field
4 or more years’ professional work experience leading HRIS or Information Technology projects or system improvement
Generalist or above level knowledge of core HR functions and related systems
Proficiency with SQL and creating scripts to automate integrations/interfaces between various systems
Workday experience preferred
