Position Summary

Responsible for providing advanced and complex administrative and project support across various departments or teams in a hybrid (on-site and remote) work environment. 

Essential Job Functions

  1. Provide high level administrative support to assigned department(s) and/or project team(s).
  2. Manage shared documentation and reporting, including but not limited to, budget, expense and time tracking, open records requests, and other key priorities.
  3. Coordinate and oversee advanced, multi-track deadlines, projects, internal and external meetings, and special events in support of the Managing Director and/or leadership teams.
  4. Develop, prepare, and deliver presentations and related deliverables for various project assignments.
  5. Correspond with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely responses and service delivery.

Minimum Education & Work Experience

• High School Diploma with at least 6 months additional coursework
• 2-3 years of related experience in administrative support
• 1-2 years in project coordination or management
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Preferred Knowledge - Abilities & Skills

Education/ Experience:

  

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent college coursework in related area
  • 3+ years experience in increasing responsibility in administrative support and/or project management

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

 

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive matters or issues
  • Ability to analyze issues and provide a linear or process-focused approach to resolution

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid Class C Texas driver's license

Physical Tasks & Working Conditions

The incumbent works in a hybrid office environment (on-site and remote); relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions or hazards.
